In 2015, Ange created LeaderSauce to address the root causes of a variety of company and team issues such as low morale, high turnover, lack of trust, accountability, and employee disengagement. She honed her skills at Williams Television Time, the pioneer of the DRTV industry and the fastest growing media buying agency of its time. Leading the corporate human resources function, Ange effectively managed the company's rapid growth over six years. She then thrived amidst explosive expansion within divisions of both Ernst & Young and Pitney Bowes. Ange's entrepreneurial spirit then led her to establish and successfully run two companies: MetaForce and HR4Entrepreneurs.

For over 30 years, both in industry and as a consultant, Jordan Chouljian has helped individuals and organizations engage in meaningful conversations, innovative thinking, and courageous leadership.
As a consultant and facilitator, Jordan focuses primarily on leadership and team development, succession planning, executive coaching, performance management, and culture change. He has engaged individuals and teams across a variety of sectors, including public utilities, healthcare, and education, and has deep industry experience in a variety of org-wide initiatives involving performance, change, and strategy.
Jordan has designed and delivered his 4-day competency-based Leadership Series to more than 12 cohorts, providing leaders at all levels the opportunity to develop essential leadership skillsets, toolsets, and mindsets over a 4-month period.
A member of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Continuing Education faculty, and an adjunct instructor for the Federal Office of Personnel Management, Jordan exemplifies lifelong learning, leadership agility, and a collaborative spirit.

Russell Matthews is a senior operations manager who provides the support and tenacity to blow through obstacles and get things done.
During the pandemic, he returned to the world of consulting with LeaderSauce, where he expertly deploys his operational know-how and his love for helping others become better versions of themselves. At LeaderSauce, Russell is the “go to guy” who manages the day-to-day operations for both company and client initiatives. He built out and manages our authorized partnerships and assessment reporting systems, runs the company’s Government contracting program, nurtures client relationships, and takes on whatever comes his way.
Before joining LeaderSauce, Russell began his career with a boutique human resources consulting firm where he organized and managed an entire office move, wrote policy manuals, and assisted in creating employee handbooks.
From there he followed his passion into the health and fitness space and secured a job as a health coach working for a corporate fitness startup called DRVN Unlimited. Due to his organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, and his work ethic, Russell was rapidly promoted into an operational role and managed operations as the business experienced 6x growth — from two to twelve corporate fitness centers throughout San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Russell established operations protocols for each new facility, and managed all employees and contractors. He improved client and vendor relations, analyzed class attendance data for trends, and planned events for each facility.
Russell’s talents for organization, learning, and building relationships enable him to support LeaderSauce’s goal of nurturing thriving workplaces.
