Facilitation is the bridge between conversation and execution. Every engagement is built around four phases that take your team from discussion all the way to decisions that actually get implemented.

Every engagement closes with clear owners, timelines, and follow-up check-ins already scheduled — so decisions made in the room don't evaporate by Monday morning.
