For over 30 years, both in industry and as an executive coach and consultant, Jordan Chouljian has helped individuals and organizations engage in meaningful conversations, innovative thinking, and courageous leadership.
Jordan approaches coaching as a partnership built on honesty, clarity, and follow-through. He believes real growth happens when you’re willing to look directly at what’s getting in the way, challenge your own assumptions, and commit to specific actions that move you forward.
Jordan focuses primarily on individual and team development. He has provided advisory services to a variety of sectors including public utilities, banking, healthcare, accounting, education, and dozens of public sector agencies and departments.
Jordan holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership from University of Massachusetts (Boston) and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. Having completed the required coursework and coaching hours, Jordan is certified as a Master Practitioner by the International Association of Coaching Professionals (IAC). Dr. Rebecca Hannagan is an ICF-certified leadership coach, organizational and leadership development consultant, and social scientist with nearly a decade of coaching experience and a career that spans academia, organizational, and military consulting.
Rebecca has delivered coaching and leadership development to military and civilian leaders across Naval Base San Diego, Naval Facilities Southwest, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, and beyond.
She believes in being direct enough to say the hard thing, curious enough to ask the question that hasn't been asked, and brings energy to make the whole process feel less like work and more like momentum.
Rebecca has lived and worked in demanding environments as a tenured professor, a defense contractor, a federal government employee, and a military spouse, and that breadth shapes how she shows up as a coach. Holding a PhD in political psychology and certifications from ICF and the Stanford d.School, Rebecca brings a rare combination of research rigor, operational experience, and human-centered intuition to every engagement.
She is a published scholar, a Stanford-trained facilitator, and a seasoned coach and somehow, none of that gets in the way of the fact that she is also just really good to be in a room with.
